IMPORTANT TO KNOW: You may be moved to a different cabin of the same category, other than the one initially assigned upon booking. For non-private liveaboard, departure is guaranteed with a minimum of 5 confirmed guests.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS: Once a booking is made and confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total amount is due before the expiry date. The final 65% of the total amount is to be settled no later than ninety (90) days before the scheduled departure date of the cruise. A booking is not confirmed until Pearl Fleet Pte Ltd has received the deposit, and the company reserves the right to cancel a booking if the final payment is delayed. Pearl Fleet Pte Ltd reserves the right to assume a cancellation on your reservation if the above payment terms for the cruise are not fulfilled. Adjusted payment terms may apply for bookings made within 90 days before the departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 90 days or more before the scheduled departure date will incur charges equivalent to the deposit paid. For cancellations made less than 90 days before the scheduled departure date, 100% of the invoice amount will be charged. Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 months before the trip date. DIVE INSURANCE is mandatory to be able to dive from Pearl Fleet vessels. The insurance should cover all scuba diving or water sports activities that you are likely to undertake during your trip. It should also cover any medical evacuation, including risks, costs, and expenses likely to arise from a diving or non-diving incident. DAN (Divers Alert Network) provides comprehensive dive accident coverage along with travel insurance via their travel assist plans. Short-term diving insurance can be purchased online or onboard.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is strongly recommended for all guests to purchase from their respective countries. It is your responsibility, at the time of booking and boarding, to ensure your travel insurance provides comprehensive coverage for all potential risks, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to trip cancellations or changes, lost or damaged luggage, pre-existing medical conditions, medical expenses, and repatriation in case of accident or illness. Our trips do not include any form of insurance, and Pearl Fleet is not liable for trip disruptions, cancellations, or any related flight or hotel expenses due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
